It’s called nice cream for a reason; it’s nice to your body and pretty nice to eat too! Enjoy this soft-served style treat for breakfast or dessert.



  • 1 frozen banana (peeled and cut into pieces -pre freezing)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4-1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • Optional add-ins: all natural PB, coca powder, cocoa nibs, coconut, etc.


Blend all the ingredients in a blender until thick. Be patient and stir frequently until a thick ice cream like consistency is reached. Personalize this recipe with your favourite flavours and experiment by adding various frozen fruits to the original recipe such as berries, mango or strawberries!
